Question: I have PAH and am currently taking Cardizem, viagra, xarelto. I am not having a lot of success because of shortness of breath. I was reading about a new drug, Opsumit, and was wondering if it is successful at this time. Would I have to take more than two drugs to treat this?

I can understand your concern.
Yes, you can give it (opsumit) a try.
Opsumit (Mecitentan) is newer endothelin receptor blocker and it is given in PAH.
It can be given with other PAH drugs like sildenafil (viagra) if PAH is not controlled or worsen on single drug.
Since you are worsen on viagra, you can definitely take opsumit along with viagra.
Success rate is not 100% and depends on a lot of factors.
