Brief Answer:
Can be capsular inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
A dull pain with a normal MRI scan can be due o a minor capsular inflammation. Repeated overhead activities can aggravate such a pain. It usually subsides with rest and mild pain killers.
You can also do a hot compress and start with physiotherapy exercises and joint lubricant supplements like Glucosamine to decrease the pain. Taking methylcobalamin supplements will help in decreasing tingling.
I hope this answers your query.
