Brief Answer:
Take omeprazole for relief!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. This is ibuprofen induced gastritis. I will suggest that you go ahead and take omeprazole 20mg daily to reduce this. Yes, Imodium can be used with diazepam. What is the nature of your pain? If it is mild, I will recommend that you use Tylenol. If it is more severe, I will suggest codeine/tramadol for best control. However this can only be obtained from your prescribing doctor and not over the counter.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Above all, thanks for using our services.

Brief Answer:
I will recommend you try clonazepam!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This seems a complex string of symptoms not typical of a specific and clear cut disease condition. Probably, more details through examination and investigations are required to make any meaningful advances here. For now, I will recommend clonazepam for symptoms relief. This is effective against anxiety and will permit you sleep well while we strive to establish the root cause and treat fully.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Keep me updated and always happy to exchange and contribute more in anyways I can.
