Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are experiencing especially euforia, dizziness etc. may be related to propanolol side effects.

If you were my patient I would suggest to stop taking propanolol and see if the symptoms will disappear.

If the symptoms will persist after a week than other cases are to be blamed for.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
