Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I can understand your concern but these are side effects due to use of skinlite cream.
It is very difficult to reverse the signs of steroid abuse.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of your face so that I can guide you accordingly.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Management of steroid rosacea
Detailed Answer:
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily and apply clindamycin gel on the pimples twice daily.
On the red areas apply metronidazole gel twice daily and cream containing kojic acid on the pigmented spots twice daily.
This needs to be continued for a long duration but under the supervision of a dermatologist.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
