Whats wrong with me and how can this case be cured?
You are mostly having allergic disease.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion, you are mostly having allergic disease behind these symptoms.
So you should consult ENT doctor and start nasal spray containing steroid.
Inhaled corticosteroid is the treatment of choice for this condition.
Combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs orally is also useful in this condition.
So consult doctor and discuss all these.
Please let me know
1. Are you taking any drugs for these symptoms?
2. Since how many years you are having these symptoms?
3. Does any family member has allergies?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

Get done annual Influenza vaccination.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your concern.
Allergic individuals are known to get frequent viral infections. Influenza is the most common virus for infection.
During work out, you are exposed to outer environment and hence chances of Influenza infection is more.
So possibility of recurrent viral infection is more in your case.
Annual Influenza vaccination can prevent recurrent viral infection.
So consult your doctor and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
