Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

Question: I have badly infected sinuses ( the smell is very bad from nose) and have tried penicilan (amoxelin) many times, can you recommend a strong tablet to kill the infection.

Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Antihistaminic at night &
Antibiotic azithromycin .
