Brief Answer:
Tablet Fexofenadine once in the day
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; I suggest that your wife most probably may be suffering from the allergic rhinitis.
In this condition I personally suggest tablet Fexofenadine 120mg once a day for at least three days at the time of onset and if she wants to reduce the effect of these allergens then continue the use of fluticasone furoate nasal spray for atleast three month after consulting with your doctor.

Hi Doctor,
Thank for your quick reply.
A follow up question: I have Nasonex Nasal spray at home ....can i give that to my wife or you still recommend fluticasone furoate nasal spray ? And should it be used right at onset and continue for 3 months even when there is no nose pain after recovery.
Thanks,

Brief Answer:
Both have different composition
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your follow up query; and for your information both have different composition i.e. flomist have fluticasone propionate instead fluticasone furoate.
Effectiveness of steroid nasal spray in the allergic rhinitis in decreasing order as
Fluticasone Furoate > Fluticasone Propionate > Mometasone
