Question : According to my symptoms which could be related to different health problems that I have, such as sinusitis, tendinitis, and high blood pressure, is there a possibility of a liver problem?

I have gone through your query. The problems you are having are not related to liver. You can go for a liver enzymes blood test to rule out liver problems. If it is elevated then you can go for an ultrasound examination of liver also.
