Suggest Treatment For Sinusitis With Headache And Runny Nose

Question: I am suffering from allercy simuses due to which i also have in both running nouse side and headaches please advise

Start antihistamines and anti allergic drugs.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are taking correct medicines.
You just need to avoid dust because once you exposed to it, it will definitely give you allergic reaction and symptoms.
So complete avoidance of dust is must for you.
Also do steam inhalation 5-6 times a day. This will be of great symptomatic relief.
Continue your nasal spray two puffs in each nostril twice a day. Than once you are stable with symptoms, taper down to one puff in each nostril twice a day.
Continue anti allergic and antihistamines drug combination.
For headache, you can take paracetamol. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
