Brief Answer:
Frontal headache

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
Sinusitis can lead to headache and it can be the only symptom. You should get a CT scan paranasal sinuses done to see which sinuses are involved and to what extent.
The management will depend on the report.
You can use a nasal spray twice daily and take paracetamol for pain.
Follow up with the reports.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Thanks and regards
