Brief Answer:
oral antibiotic and culture sensitivity

Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). i have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.

Skin abscess could be due to MRSA as well as mixed gram negative , anaerobic bacteria. I suggest empiric treatment with a piperacillin/tazobactum Or with a quinopristin/dalfopristine conbination of antibiotic.
in addition to empiric treatment specimens should be sent for culture and subsequent antibiotic therapy guided according to culture and sensitivities of isolated bacteria.

Regards
