Hi dear
Welcome to the board of Health care Magic
Dear Friend, every time it is not going to be Tubercular Lymphadenopathy, possibilities are less, as this problem of only acute origin and there is history of recently trimming of axillary hairs, so infection might have entered the skin.
However because there is a previous history of TB. so to rule out one may go for some investigations like routine blood and cytology of the abscess fluid or tissue.
Hope your query is answered
Thanks
