Brief Answer:
Possibility of Scabies

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have taken note of your query and I have also reviewed the image.

I guess the rash must be itchy...I can see excoriated skin lesions on abdomen.

I suggest a likely possibility of Scabies.

-Does it itch more at night?
-Does anyone else in your family has itching and similar skin lesions?

Single whole body application of 1% lindane Or Gamma benzene hexachloride, from neck downwards and left overnight for at least 8 hours would be sufficient.

An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
