Suggest Treatment For Skin Pigmentation On Face

Question: Hi Doctor,
I have to share my problems which I have been facing from from my college days till now. which is pigmentation on my face and dark patches on my cheeks and forehead makes me look odd and I feel very much hesitant to talk with girls and my own girl say I look too dark sometimes.Please help me a good night cream and a face wash and facial kit to use

Can you please upload s photograph of the involved area.
Its very important for me to see the area in order to give a proper diagnosis. Sometimes chronic inflammation can cause hyperpigmentation.

Presently I m in office sir so I wont be able to click the pic of mine but my pigmentation are normal there is a dark patches near nose and cheeks respectively.
And the uneven color make me to look really odd..

You can apply skin lightening cream like melalite or dteamz in night and a sunscreen in day.
Use sunscreen with spf more than 30.
