hey not itchy nd its chest wesr bra runs along nd been there few years not spreading

Probably it's a mild fungal infection.
These infections remain localised and are common in occluded areas like under bra strap.
I treat such cases with topical antifungals.
You can try clotrimazole cream.
It is safe and effective.
