In my country there is no polysomnography

I am so sorry! I am not aware about it.
I go through your report and I got my answer there in your report.
You know hiatus hernia may also cause sleep apnea.( I am not saying that it is the only cause of your problem but in your scenario it is the most probable cause).
There are two reasons behind it- 1) Protuded stomach block airway mainly in supine position.
2) Acid reflux induce vapour and they irritate airway
You must be aware that hiatus hernia problem increases in supine position, so same with sleep apnea.
Now what next, first in my opinion you should consult your gastroenterologist and ask that is there any connection of sleep apnea to hiatus hernia.
So take treatment for hiatus hernia first.
If not relieved then go for CPAP device to treat sleep apnea after consulting your treating doctor.
