
Suggest Treatment For Sleep Apnoea

Question: I have a problem when I'm falling asleep in the process of drifting into sleep i feel like i stop breathing and i wake up immediately what wrong with me it very scary

Well 210 pounds is ona higher side and you may be having a sleep apnoea. The best way to diagnose it would be do get a polysomnography done. This will give a definite diagnosis of sleep apnoea. If it is present, you will be reaquired to loose weight and use a bipap machine for a few days.

Could this be due to lexpro withdrawal i got of it 1.5 month ago

I have seen plenty of patients on lexapro but none of them have reported improvement on lexapro.
