age 62, 5 foot 10 inches, 230 lbs, large medical history including implanted defibrillator, bout with C-diff, ehrlichiosis, and knee replacement. My question involves my head. Often there is a whoosh sound that I have determined is connected to left/right eye movement. It causes a small adrenalin rush and sometimes a small attack of vertigo. (sorry for mispellings). They will not happen with my eyes closed and I move my eyes (odd). I can have them follow rapidly and could end up with 60 a minute. A CAT scan showed nothing but a huge nasal blockage from mold allergy which led to surgery (walking disaster area?). I ve seen neurologist, ENT, eye docs. Had sleep study. I do not have sleep apnea however I do not have REM sleep, another concern I m investigating. Any avenues I could explore?
