2. What is your Job time table like and pattern of job? its general day time 9am-6pm,job pattern is a mix of work and rest
3. Do you have any associated disease problem? no,i dont have any disease,nor diagnoised

no , i dont excersice regularly..weekends i go for a walk.

Hello Sir,
Welcome back, good to see your prompt response.
After knowing the details of your history I am in the opinion that you are absolutely fine and do not have any disease.
There are some tips I would like to give you for sound sleep, called sleep hygiene. You can read about it on internet, here are mine:-
Maintain regular schedule whether it is 12AM. Do not hit the bed till the time you feel sleepy and do not read books or watch tv lying on bed.
1. Exercise daily and not weekly,
2. Have healthy life style like eat fruits, salad,green leafy vegetables,drink plenty of water.
3. Avoid sedentary life style,like sitting for long time, taking lot of rest, sleeping in day time.
4. If possible join some yoga class, do meditation,gymnasium, go for outdoor games,cycling,swimming, etc.
5. Avoid coffee, tea, caffeine containing substance 6-7 hours before sleep.
6. Avoid cigarette, alcohol, narcotics of any kind , if you have the habit of.
Since you are just 31 years young it is possible for you to follow the above mentioned instruction.
If still you feel any problem you can get routine check up done by a near by doctor.
