Suggest Treatment For Slightly Elevated Cholesterol Levels
Question: Ok here is the scoop. 46 year old male Just received blood test back. Cholesterol is high 295 the bad is 227...triglycerides are fine and good number at 50. Im work out 7 days per week. Had a Cardiac CT done with contrast last year. 0 calcium and 0 plaque. Most likely genetic diet is excellent. very low fat, high protein. Dr. wants to do Lipertor 20mg with not having any signs of plaque and such is this advised, or can using Red Yeast Rice extract or other forms potentially work for me. Not a fan of medication.
