Question: Hello, my symptoms are: Small blisters (not pimples) around the crease of my nose and is starting to pop up on my chin a bit. My hands and feet sometimes itch a bit but I don't know that it is related. I am on high BP medication and I have only had these symptoms since being on these meds. Never had them before in my life. Heo. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

You seem to have a condition known as perioral dermatitis (PD). PD presents as multiple, discrete, red, raised bumps which may also be fluid filled or pustular on an erythematous base/background erythema. They may be distributed along nasolabial folds extending on to the sides of nose and adjacent cheeks, upper lip, chin and sometimes glabella. Most common cause is abuse of topical potent steroids or cosmetics. PD is related to rosacea and many cases are idiopathic.
You may use a gentle cleanser for face wash. Avoid all cosmetics on face.
Topical clindamycin 1% gel may be used, 2x daily.
If this proves insufficient you may also require a course of an oral tetracycline antibiotic e.g doxycycline.
