Suggest Treatment For Small Bump On Penis After Hair Removal

Question: I just had this small pump with a little white head on it on my penile shaft. It doesn't hurt and you can barely notice it now. Just a very small red circle now. I shaved my pubic region this morning and it wasn't there. An hour or so later it popped up. Its a very light red with no pain.. Could this be herpes or just a little pimple.

I should mention there is no pump its actually completely flat. I did use my electric shaver right in that area not sure if it was just a little cut. Doesn't hurt at all.

I think its just some little papule with infection most probably due to hair removal.
I would suggest that you apply antibiotic cream like mupirocin twice a day for a week for so.
