Question: hello, I have a small bump on my vulva. I recently had a clean std test and want to make sure that there is no cause for concern. I have enclosed a photo of the bump. I have no pain, tingling, or itching.

Brief Answer:
Seems nothing to worry about, but keep an eye on it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thank you for posting your question to HCM,

I understand your concern and have reviewed the photo you provided.

It looks in the position of a Bartolini cyst, but can be also an epidermal inclusion cyst.
Both are benign problems in general but sometimes may get irritated and infected.

Keep an eye on them. If you have pain, its getting bigger and not getting better, then you can consider seeing your gynecologist, or follow up with me, and we will advice accordingly.
For now, seems nothing to worry about. Just keep a good hygiene, and keep yourself safe from STD.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have further concerns. Otherwise please close and rate the question.

Take care,
Dr. Klarida
