Need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It is correct that small calculus causing only mild Hydrourteronephrosis is passed off in the urine without any intervention. However to be sure I need a little more information from you

1. What is the size of the stone?
2. Is the pain very severe?
3. Any fever?
4. Any blood in the urine?
5. Was any kidney function test done?

Please get back to me, I am waiting for your reply

Renal stone

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

Here are my suggestions

1. the opinion of your doctor is correct, it is a small stone and there are chances that it will pass in the urine without any intervention
2. I recommend drinking 6-8 glasses of water per day
3. tender coconut water once a day will help
4. I usually write tab lasix 20 mg morning and afternoon for 5 days for faster expulsion of the stone
5. repeat the scan after 2 weeks of the stone persists then take a urology opinion for removal of stone

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

regards
