Question: Hard small lump on back of my head. Told her symptoms of nose bleeds, headaches, ear pain she says swollen lymph node and sinuses On steroids now. Still worried

I have no fever, slight runny nose with clear discharge, slight sneezing, throat is fine, no pain in the lump, no ear discharge, i get headache mainly over the front of my forehead and side near back of ear. No nausea, no vomitting, appetite is still in tact.

What history you have given it suggest its most propably sinusitis,

To my patients having same complaints,
I prescribe anti-histaminics like levo citrizine,
Pain killers,
And decongestants,
Many tablets have combination of all three.

And antibiotics like azithromycin,
Your treating doctor will knowing dose of this medications,

Most important thing along with drugs is steam inhalation atleast 2-3 times a day is must,
It gives substantial relief,
