1. serum thyroid stimulating hormone
2. serum testosterone
3. serum prolactin

Usg abdomen and pelvis

The most common reason for a small penis and soft body is lack of testosterone. Replacement of it will definitely improve the outcome. The ideal doctor to approach would be an endocrinologist
