Suggest Treatment For Small Red Cuts On The Tip Of Foreskin

Question: I have small red cuts on the tip of my foreskin I cant pull the foreskin back much at all as it is to tight to do so at times where the cuts are the skin is white and flakey what can this be?

It maybe infection, Local application of antibiotic cream like fusidic acid or mupirocin cream will help healing and also you will be able to pull back the foreskin easily due to creamy base of the antibiotic ointment.
