Suggest Treatment For Small White Pimples On The Face

Question: on my face i have small zits(white pimples).on squeezing, it have puss they are not clearly visible on skin but i can feel small bumps.i was using clean clear face wash since 4 years but i do not think it is doing its work.please suggest some face wash / non-medicinal treatment.my skin is oily.

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and since you have mentioned skin to be oily thus do let me know about the following:

A
i. As humidity/hot weather is/are prime cause of oily skin,do let me know about any seasonal influence where you reside?
ii. Is diet rich in carbohydrates or balanced?
iii. Any General physician or Dermatologist check up?
iv. Any lab investigations done [hormone levels]
v. Any use of Personal Kit? [Soaps, cleaner, creams]
vi. Any mental stress and/or Addiction?

Do let me know about above questionnaire till then Dietary Regime and some home remedies which one can follow is/are:
. Avoid oily, spicy, fried, and left over food, too much exposure to heat, dry and windy climate, stress.
. Avoid newly harvested cereals, black gram, radish, sour and heavy substances, milk, curd, sugarcane products, and jaggery, sleeping during day right after meals
. Take old barley, wheat, brown rice, green vegetables, boiled and filtered water to drink, green gram, pigeon pea, masura, patola, kakamachi, garlic, cucumber, bitter dietary substances, old ghee, sesame oil, nimba oil, cow’s urine, good sleep, along with regular morning walk of 45 minutes.
. Don’t allow to dehydrate yourself, thus avoid alcohol and caffeine containing beverages.
. According to Ayurveda, your Age is in “pitta” time which is related with Digestive system thus following considerations [natural] are recommended
i. Triphala helps balance all the doshas and clean up the digestive system [take 5gm with lukewarm water at bed time [night]
ii. Avocado is good source of Vitamin E and Vitamin C: thus natural moisturizer and anti inflammatory fruit.
iii. Clean the Pimple area with Apple vinegar, Leave it for one hour and then wash with lukewarm water
iv. Tomatoes having astringent and antioxidant properties help heal acne scars. [use them as facial masks]
v. Lemons [ for blackheads rub lemon juice over them each night] , Apples (anti oxidant), Pears (regulate pH balance), Banana (probiotic)
vi. Spinach: contains Vitamin A [most important vitamin for the skin] and also helps to stop the production of sebum [ who suffer from oily skin]
vii. Cucumber: since both Vitamin A and C are found in cucumbers [reason of use in skin care products].
viii. Raw carrots: not only are an excellent source of vitamins, but also of magnesium and minerals. [both cucumber and carrot can be eaten and used as face mask]
ix. XXXXXXX contains high amount of antioxidants which can reverse skin damage and provide with calcium, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids which help to reduce inflammation.
x. Use face mask with multani mitti, XXXXXXX neem leaves powder, haridra with lemon and honey.
xi.
