Suggest Treatment For Sneezing And Cold On An Infant

Question: Hi Doctor,
My son is 1 Year and 3 Months old. From yesterday morning he is having sneezing and running nose. But there is no fever.

Please let me know can we give any medicine for this cold symptoms.
