Suggest Treatment For Sneezing And Runny Nose
cold would normally have systemic symptoms
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Cough and cold would normally be associated with systemic symptoms such as fever, fatigue, malaise (generally feeling unwell) but allergies would normally not be associated with these issues unless very severe.
Also with allergies, there would normally be a history of recurrent episodes or triggers for symptoms eg exposed to dust/pollen/certain animals/foods and symptoms occur.
If you do not have repeated allergic symptoms then likely due to a cold though some of the medication is the same for both cough/cold and allergies.
Treatment: (1) an oral antihistamine/decongestant combination would help with the runny nose/sneezing
Available over the counter eg benadryl decongestant, allegra d, zyrtec d, claritine d
If you have a cough, choose an over the counter medication that also has in a cough suppressant as well
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
