Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Mr XXXXXXX
Sneezing in baby is likely to be due to allergy to dust and associated respiratory infection which is usually viral in origin and self limiting.
I would suggest you the following
1. Continue exclusive breastfeeding
2. Normal Saline Nasal drops : 3 to 4 drops in each nose 4 to 6 times a day.
3. Keep baby warm by appropriate clothing
Do get back to me if the symptoms persist.
Take care
