Suggest Treatment For Soft Lump In Left Axillary Region And Sore Throat

Question: I have a soft lump in my left axillary region for 2 month at least in combination with a sore throat in the morning and in the evening. It is very weird because my immune system seams to be very strong. I am a Massage Therapist and exposed to a lot on a daily base. I had my 4th miss carriage 1/27/15 and discovered the lump by accident when I lifted my arms in front of the mirror. It does not hurt except if you push it badly. My general practitioner squeezed it and it felt like a needle poked into it. My friend is a Ultrasound Tech and she took a look with a (haha...) OBGYN Ultrasound and she was not able to detect anything. My GP wanted me to take antibiotics but I am not a big fan of drugs so I skipped it. If I really need to I guess I have to. I am never sick or never for a long time and this is going on too long. I drink a lot of water, monitor my nutrition intake. My body index is normal. My diet is fresh cooked organic food every day ....

Dear Ms
I would agree with opinion of your Physician for trial of antibiotics. In majority of cases the lymph node regressed in size after course of antibiotic. I hope thorough breastfeeding examination as has been done to rule out any breast pathology as cause for enlargement of axillary lymph node.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
Wishing you and your family a very happy and healthy life.
Take care
