Suggest Treatment For Sore Back Along With Mucus In Throat And Cough

Question: My back is sore and I have mucus in my throat and a cough. A few years ago my back felt the same way and I landed in the hospital with triple pneumonia. Just need to know if I should go to the ER and get an xray of my lungs.

As per your description, it looks like Upper respiratory tract infection.
Pnuemonia Is lower respiratory tract infection.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Azithromycin/Amoxycillin, anti inflammatory tablet, anti tussive tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
If the sputum is more,please consult your doctor and get an X ray chest.
The anti inflammatory tablet will cure the back sore also.
