Brief Answer:
Possibility of anal fissure to be considered

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Presence of sore lesion in the anal region following two possibilities needs to be considered

1. Anal fissure with sentinel pile
2. Thrombosed external haemorrhoids

Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination. I would suggest you to send clinical photograph for further assessment.

In the meantime you could follow this advise
1. Hot Seitz Bath: To a tub of lukewarm water add 2 spoons of dettol. Sit in for 15 to 20 minutes each session twice a day. It will reduce the soreness
2. Laxative like Lactulose will be helpful in promoting smooth bowel movement
3. Local application of Xylocaine ointment to anal opening will relieve the muscle spams.

Awaiting your response

Take Care
