Suggest Treatment For Sore Painful Redness On Nostril And MRSA On Leg
Question: where the red is on the side of my nostril it's sore and hurts when touched, the last few days I have had some bloody and green boogers along with some scabs in my nose. last time I had bloody scabs in my nose I ended up with mrsa on my leg and was put on antibiotics and bactroban. this is making me nervous

it's very important that you try not to rub this area for cause additional irritation.you could try and over-the-counter topical antibiotic ointment but if the symptoms do not improve within 24 to 48 hours it might be necessary for you to obtain a prescription topical antibiotic such as Bactroban.
also try to maintain good hygiene with your hands and minimize any touching of your nose as much as possible.

do you think it's mrsa related or just a little infected, I was on antibiotics a few months ago because there was colonization of mrsa in my nose and it went away, also tomorrow I start antibiotics for sinus infection
