Suggest Treatment For Sore Reddish Lump When Diagnosed With Folliculitis

I had molluscum but that has resolved.
I have had high risk STD exposure and have tested negative on a battery of STD tests at 3 months and 6 months and 11 months for the worst exposure.
What I get is reddish lumps that just appear. They generally are sore to touch and pencil eraser size or a bit more. When my dermo saw me there were none present. They slowly resolve over a couple weeks or so. Most have no pustule.
Don't know what to do.
Thanks.
Appears to be chronic bacterial infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.
It seems that you have folliculitis due to resistant strains of the bacteria like MRSA. I would suggest you to get swab collection done and tested for gram staining, KOH mount for fungal elements and culture sensitivity for aerobic and anaerobic bacteria and fungal infections. Take the treatment based on findings. Get complete haemogram and blood sugar levels checked both fasting and post prandial. Till tests do not apply or take medicines. Stay in follow up.
Hope I answered your query
