Question: I have a sore throat accompanied by chills. I've been smoking more cigarettes recently. it felt like my throat was closing up this morning. should I take augmentin I was prescribed for my wisdom
teeth?

You are having pharyngitis. You can take augmentin. Along with this take tablet diclofenac plus serratiopeptidase twice daily and tablet vitamin c once daily for a week.
