Question: I lost my voice over the weekend. I have a sore throat with irritation and dry cough. Possibly brought on by overexerting my voice.

The sore throat could be cause of voice exertion along with a viral flu. I suggest you to take TAB.SINAREST 1 tablet 2 times daily for 3 days along with betadine throat gargling. 3 times a day for 5 days. If the symptoms are not reduced then i suggest you to take TAB. BACTOLAV 625mg 1 tablet 3 times daily for 5 days along with any antacid like rantac or pan40mg.
Make sure you give a voice rest for 5 days.
