Question : I am having sore throat (irritating ache in throat) and mild fever. No running nose but I feel heavy headed and have mild ache in the arms and legs. I am also traveling and hence not able to visit the doctor. I request you to please help.

Hi,
Thank you for query.

I saw the message. You are having pharyngitis.
Just do salt water gargle twice daily.
I generally recommend Tab Roxid twice daily for 5 days to my patients.
Take Paracetamol pill twice daily if you have fever
Avoid citrus fruits,carbonated drinks,fatty diet.
