Thanks for posting the query to HCM,

The symptoms you are suffering from seems to be due to viral flu. You can take TAB. Combiflam 1 tablet 2 times a day for 3 days and SYR. GRILINCTUS 5ml 3 times a day for 5 days.


Along with Steam inhalation and Salt water gargling.

If the symptoms doesn't reduce after these medicines. You'll need a course of antibiotic. I treat such cases with BACTOCLAV 625. As this is a prescribed medicine i suggest you to get it prescribed by a local doctor.
