Question: have had a cold for 11 days so far. Started in chest. Scratchy throat. Lots of coughing. Sore throat now. Feel pain in my head when coughing. Feel like I'm walking under water. dizzy

You are having acute pharyngitis.
Please send me the pictures of your throat and tell me what medicines have u been taking so far?
Take paracetamol for pain and use hexidine gargles.
Take a combination of levocetrizine and pseudoephedrine two times a day.
Take tablet vitamin c once daily.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Take steam inhalation.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better and prescribe you accordingly.
