Brief Answer:
Meet a pulmonologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query
You see the blood may be coming from soar throat
The excess cough leaves the wall damaged and the forceful cough damages the blood vessels causing bleeding.
However, there are 2 significant conditions that can cause blood in sputum or hemoptysis. One is TB and the other is Lung Cancer. We need to rule out these two conditions for sure. And therefore we need to get the tests.
For such conditions you may need to meet a pulmonologist. He may be able to suggest tests like chest x ray and sputum examination. Depending on the report, ct chest may be needed.
Treatment can then be started according to the cause.
Best of luck

Brief Answer:
I agree
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I will agree with the doctor if the x ray is normal.
In fact if you see the first response, I have mentioned the possibility of the excess coughing as a cause of bleeding is the first thing I have mentioned.
I almost agree with the prescription. I would suggest an antacid like pantop 40 once daily on empty stomach.
Best of luck
