Brief Answer:
Give cetirizine. Give steam inhalation.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic.

The given presentation seems to be due to cough and cold In case of sore throat at this age, I would insist you to be on lookout for noisy breathing or wheezing. If these are present, you should visit a doctor and get him evaluated. If these are not present, giving cetirizine syrup once daily for a few days should provide relief. Also give the child steam inhalation. Just sit with the child on your lap and place a source of steam before you. Water vapour will be in the air and automatically the child would breathe it in.

Regards
