Brief Answer:
Agree with the antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
I would agree with the antibiotics considering that it has been started as per the culture report.
That's the best way.
I will also suggest following steps -
1. warm saline gargles 4 times a day,
3. steam inhalation 4 times a day,
3. multivitamins course once a day,
4. paracetamol sos.
5. plenty of fluids.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
