Brief Answer:
Allergic Rhinitis with Post Nasal Drip.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
It seems, you simply have Allergic Rhinitis with Post Nasal Drip that causes Dry cough.
I advise you following:
1. Tab Levocetrizine 5mg once a day
2. Fluticasone Nasal Spray one puffin each nostril once a day.
3. Steam Inhalation 4 times a day.

I am hopeful that you would recover with in a week, but i advise you to continue these medications for total 15 days, so that you also get relief in Allergic rhinitis (chronic sneezing problem that you have).

Write to me after 15 days, that what is the improvement. So, that i can tell you the further action.

If you have no further query, you may please close the discussion and rate it.
