Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

Question: Throat all of a sudden became sore tonight. Cant seem to get it cleared. Yes, I am A smoker.

No fever. I was a little sore the last few days and sneezed a few times the last few days. Throat is sore now, just in the last 3 or 4 hours.

Yes. You have URTI only.
Start on following :
1. Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once a day.
2. Tab Levocetrizine 5mg once a day.
3. Warm saline gargles.
4. Tab Paracetamol on as on when required basis for fever.
Follow this advise for three days, you will be fine.
I would advise you to quit smoking.

No fever. I was sore and sneezing the last few days. Throat has been sore for the last 4 hours only. Resending this not sure if last one went thru.
