Brief Answer:
Only strong injury should be the reason to concern.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

If this was mild injury, without loss of consciousness, there is no reason to concern. You should just rest and be aware of symptoms like nausea, dizziness, blurred vision, weakness, uneven pupils, high or low blood pressure. In case of any of this symptoms, you should have head CT done.
Lack of this symptoms allows to think that this was just a superficial injury.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
