Question : I have had sores in my mouth and on the inside of my mouth, they are not canker sores. Also, along with this I have a bad taste in my mouth and dry mouth. Also, I have a mucous that appears overnight.. These come and go.

Brief Answer:
A photo of mouth sores is needed as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

1. Can you take a photo of the sores in your mouth, so I can evaluate them by myself?

2. Apart canker sores, other possible causes include:
- stomach problems (reflux, gastritis as you also reporting to have bad taste in your mouth)
- diabetes : get your blood sugar levels checked
- oral fungal/candida infection especially if you have a personal history of using antibiotics

3. Until the photo is in, I advise to:
- keep good oral hygiene
- avoid spicy/chilly/too hot/too cold foods/drinks
- apply oral anti-septic medication locally you find OTC

Looking forward to have the requested photo in!
