Suggest Treatment For Sores In The Mouth While On Methotrexate

Question: i am a 63 year old female with polymyalgia. I am taking methotrexate and opioids to deal with it. My mouth is broken out in several sores and my doctor thinks i may have developed colitis and has prescribed mesalomine for it. I checked on line and found out that medication can greatly effect the methotrexate. help
